This sub-indicator measures the prevalence of active mobile money accounts and the accessibility of mobile money agent networks to measure the level of mobile-led financial inclusion. This is assessed along three dimensions: i) adoption: the number of mobile money accounts per adult, described as the adult penetration rate; ii) activity: the share of registered accounts that are active on a 90-day basis; iii) accessibility: the number of agents per 100,000 adults.
