Exclusion of Incriminated Companies From Procurement

This sub-indicator assesses the extent to which companies found guilty of violating the law (procurement, tax, labour, corruption, etc.) are forbidden from participating in future bidding in the country, whether indefinitely or for a limited period of time, and the extent to which there is a registry of companies forbidden from bidding that citizens can access immediately or in less than two weeks upon request.
