Business Regulatory Environment

This sub-sub-indicator assesses the extent of direct regulations of business activity and regulation of goods and factor markets along (i) regulations affecting entry, exit, and competition, (ii) regulations of ongoing business operations and (iii) regulations of factor markets (labour and land).
