Enforcement of Criminal Justice

This sub-sub-indicator assesses the effectiveness of the criminal justice system. This is based on the following criteria: the decisions of criminal judges; the extent to which perpetrators are caught, prosecuted or punished for crimes such as breaking and entering and theft, murder, homicide or armed robbery.
