Guaranteed Freedom of Religion & Belief

This sub-sub-indicator assesses the extent to which freedom of belief and religion is effectively guaranteed. This includes the extent to which in practice, non-adherents are not required to submit to religious laws and religious minorities can freely and publicly observe their holy days and religious events.
