Absence of Illegal Exploitation Of Flora

This sub-sub-indicator assesses the extent of organised crime related to flora. Flora crimes involve the illicit trade as well as possession of species covered by the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES) as well as other species protected under national law.
