Statistical Data Openness

This sub-sub-indicator measures the openness of important statistical indicators in 22 categories of social, economic and financial, and environmental statistics on websites maintained by national statistical offices (NSOs). Data Openness scores are based on data availability in machine-readable formats (excluding e.g. PDF & picture formats), data in non-proprietary formats such as CSV, bulk download, API download and user-selectable download option, detailed metadata availability, data availability with open terms of use.
