Absence of Discrimination In Criminal Justice

This sub-sub-indicator assesses the extent to which the criminal system is impartial. This is based on the following criteria: the extent to which the police and judges are impartial and does not discriminate with respect to income, gender, ethnic group, religious belief, country of origin, or sexual orientation.
