This sub-sub-indicator assesses social protection and labour policies and programmes across five dimensions: i) the overall social protection system, ii) social safety net programs, iii) labour market programs and policies, iv) local service delivery and civil society participation in community development programmes, and v) pension and old-age savings programmes.
