Protection Against Ethnic Discrimination

This sub-indicator assesses the extent to which there is an official mechanism that receives and investigates complaints of ethnic discrimination (whether investigations are undertaken independently or in collaboration with other entities), whether, in the last year, the mechanism has been proactive and implemented programmes designed to reduce/combat ethnic discrimination (such as conducting sensitisation campaigns), and whether the mechanism is accessible to most members of minority ethnic groups.
