Social Safety Nets For Illness & Health Conditions

This sub-sub-indicator assesses the extent to which there is a department or equivalent mandated to ensure a social safety net for those who cannot work due to a permanent or temporary illness or health condition. It also assesses the extent to which, in the last year, it implemented permanent programs to ensure health care, housing and other basic needs, and all or most in this population have access to these programs.
