Social Safety Nets For the Elderly

This sub-sub-indicator assesses the extent to which there is a department or equivalent mandated to ensure a social safety net for the elderly. It also assesses the extent to which in the last year, it implemented permanent programs to ensure health care, housing and other basic needs, and all or most in this population have access to these programs.
