Absence of Barriers To Non-governmental Organisations (ngos)

This sub-sub-indicator assesses the extent to which non-governmental organisations (NGOs) can organise freely, there are no major obstacles to setting up a new NGO, and NGOs are not required to file more paperwork than other legal persons.
