Access To Public Services By Social Group

This sub-indicator assesses the extent to which basic public services, such as order and security, primary education, clean water, and healthcare, are distributed equally across social groups. A social group is differentiated within a country by caste, ethnicity, language, race, region, religion, or some combination thereof. This sub-indicator assesses the extent to which the social group is an important cleavage in society for the distribution of public services.
