This sub-sub-indicator assesses the national policies and public and private sector service delivery that affect access to and quality of: (i) health and nutrition services, including population and reproductive health, (ii) education, early childhood development programs, training and literacy programs, and (iii) prevention and treatment of HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis and malaria.
